@frank.A.S. – Do you have a link I can look at? I will try to duplicate this but we tested nearly every setting before release, and this one is checked as working for us, so it may be a conflict which will be easier to tell when I see it.
I am having the same issue. I first noticed it after doing the Popup Maker updates.
@markweygandt – Do you have a link I can look at? Would be helpful to diagnose what is going wrong. IE is the setting not being used by JS properly or is PHP failing to save/load the setting.
Using Chrome or IE shows the issue.
Close button delay set for 500ms. – No visible button.
Button works if I set for 0ms (no delay).

@markweygandt – Thanks for that, looks like the setting is there but JS isn’t processing it correctly. On my list for fixes in v1.4.7
Thanks for the report and details guys. Will get back to you shortly.
Thanks.
And I didn’t mention it earlier but this is a
Great Plug-In BTW.
@markweygandt, @frank.A.S. – Found it, you guys are using an animation type that isn’t supported currently. We had it previously but used a 3rd party JS library that was not allowed in the wordpress.org repo, even if we payed for the license to do so. So the option for Grow & Grow and Slide are still there but they redirect to Fade & Slide. I have patched in it v1.4.7 so that this won’t affect it in any way. Tested and was able to both duplicate and solve so look for that in a bit.
Thanks!
Great PlugIn – Perfect support!
@markweygandt, @frank.A.S – v1.4.7 should be live any minute now.
Please test it and let me know.
@danieliser – I’ve tested …. and … YES! Close-Button-Delay works fine in v1.4.7.
Thanks, Frank
@markweygandt, @frank.A.S – Awesome! Happy I could help you out. Btw, If you have a moment, I would very much appreciate if you could quickly rate the plugin, just to help us spread the word.
Yes. It works perfectly now! 🙂 Thanks for your work.
I gave you a well deserved 5 star rating.
@markweygandt – Awesome, thanks for the confirmation.
