cloned gallery not keeping settings

    Hello,

    I have x7 galleries all cloned from 1 gallery (mammals). But 3 of the galleries don’t keep x2 of the settings of the cloned gallery – plus the settings are all greyed out so I can’t change them either!

    I’ve tried changing the gallery for these 3 broken ones, resaving the original cloned one, resaving the option to use the cloned gallery, disabling all of my other plugins and retesting = still no change.

    My operating system: Windows 10 62 bit.
    I’ve tested it in Firefox, Edge and Chrome = no change.

    Updated to new Pro Key (was not informed prior to your major update that this was required! – only happened upon it here in the free plugin support forum!). Also getting no answers via your pro support ticket system – despite this being something that’s broken in the plugin.

    Installations details: WP 5.6, php 7.3.23, Robo Gallery 3.0.2, Robo Gallery Key 2.1.

    Can you suggest what might be the problem?
    The only thing I haven’t tried is reinstalling the Robo gallery itself, as I’m not 100% certain it will save all of my setting etc – can you advise?

    Update: the only thing I’ve tried that’s affected this issue is when I enable the cache setting in the main cloned gallery (mammals) – but not in a good way. Unfortunately it causes the this (mammals) gallery to lose the same 2 saved settings as the 3 broken galleries! The settings that break are: loss of white border & hover text becomes grey (unreadable) instead of white.

    Sorry, for delay with reply. We’re really appreciate your patience.

    We’re finalizing new set of the fixes the gallery version 3.0.2 (we still have few things left from the conversion between gallery version 2 and version 3).

    Also we preparing new Instagram feed gallery type. It’s gonna be part of the next robo gallery release.

    We’re really sorry for some delay with reply and any inconvenience. We’ll check this problem more close. I’m sire that we’ll include fix in next release.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
