Clone a site to another domain

    install wordpress on the new domain, copy the “wp-content” folder from the old domain to the new domain.
    export your old site (tools -> export)
    and import the resulting XML file with this plugin on the new domain (tools -> Import -> WordPress importer)

    risk of running both sites at the same time: with same content is a google dublicate penalty due to copied content on both domains. You may consider a permanent redirect.
