• I just tried testing to see if I get an email (set up a fake client name but used my email to see how it will look) but I never got an email. So that means no client will recieve their notification. This is my WP-Invoice log

Are you testing locally or on production server?

If local – that will not work. If live – ensure SMTP server is configured and mail function is allowed.

    Also check spam folder.

    Hi Anton,

I have the similar problem that client NOT receiving email notification. I used gmail to send and hotmail to receive, but no email was ever received (As a client or admin.)

Could you please guide me through how I can set it up correctly? Do I need extra plugin? I’m sure email client is configured with SMTP, which I tried with WooCommerce and it worked fine.

Thank you very much for your help.

If other plugins are sending emails well, but wp-invoice is not then it need to be manually troubleshooted.
