Client login area

Hi there,

I am wondering if there is a plugin available where I can setup a client login area. In this area, as administrators we would like to be able to place documents which they can download, edit, and then re-upload or, links to Google Docs Documents which they can edit and save.

Any help / assistance with this would be very much appreciated.
