Client have o upload photo

Hello, i’m maiking an online shop and for some products I need that the client send me a photo, for exemple for some products you can put your face so I need that they send that photo for that specific product, and other field but with a text not photo.

So what i need is to put 2 extra fields for some products when they click on checkout, 1 with a text-box and other one where the client can upload a file (photo in this case).

Anyone can help me?
