Hello Team,
I would like to use this plugin for managing my clients. My requirement is to create separate profile pages for both clients and admin users.
For client profiles, I need to include several custom fields such as address, project description, and other relevant details. Additionally, clients should be able to access their own profiles and update information like their email and other custom fields.
Could you please guide me on how to implement this functionality using the plugin?

Thank you for your interest in the Filevue plugin.
With the current Filevue version (1.0.7), clients can securely access their shared documents by following these steps:
- Upon activation, Filevue automatically creates a dedicated client portal page (e.g., https://your-site.com/client-portal/).
- Each client is assigned a unique Client ID and password, managed by the Portal Contributor or Portal Manager.
- Login credentials can be sent directly to clients using the “Email” option available in the Actions section (https://ps.w.org/filevue/assets/screenshot-2.png?rev=3497012). Please ensure that your SMTP server is properly configured beforehand to enable successful delivery of these emails (https://ps.w.org/filevue/assets/screenshot-7.png?rev=3497012).
- Once authenticated via the client portal (https://your-site.com/client-portal/), users can access all documents shared with them, please follow the below screenshots:
At this time, features such as client self-service updates (e.g., personal details, address changes) are not yet available. However, I am currently finalizing Filevue Premium, a paid version (for a small 9,99$ monthly fee) expected to launch in the coming weeks. This version will include:
- Client profile management
- Email and Telegram notifications
- Ability to add sub-projects for each client (with dedicated address, details, etc)
- Image compression to optimize hosting storage
- Dedicated staff assignment per project
- Additional advanced features
