My Client section will not carousel the logos.

You need to set the front page template for the page where you have the carousel.

Not following. The list is set from client section. Its displaying as a list not a carousel on the front page.

Yes, that’s why you need to assign the Front Page Template to the page you’re using and it will load up the script for the carousel.
