Clicking on Plugins in Dashboard causes error

Ok,

Here is a weid issue. Everything works fine on my site & in the dashboard until I click on the Plugins section. When I do that, I get a page that just displays code?

I can click on “Add New” and “Editor” but when I click the main title “Plugins” or “Installed Plugins” I see a page with code?

Any suggestions? Is it a permissions issue?
