Clickable Changelog

    Hi,

    could you please add an option to click on the name of the plugin to get to the changelog in the “Update Log” Widget?

    I think that would be a great enhancement, because I don’t need to change to the installed plugins page in WordPress, look for the plugin and then for the changelog.
