Click to Toggle Not Functioning In Page/Post Edit Mode

For some reason we can not click to toggle the drop down menu options inside the edit mode of a page or post.

For instance, the drop down arrow on tags, publish, etc. do not work.

I’ve disabled all plugins and that did not resolve it. Sort of seems like some java issue but not sure.

We have a lot of widgets and I really want to avoid losing the widget configurations. We unfortunately due to this issue can not drag our widgets to save them.

If we could- we would disable the theme (which hasn’t changed) and try to enable the WP theme – refresh, etc. as some posts have suggested.

Any insight is welcome as we are dead in the water with our new posts as we can’t drop down the toggle to edit any WordPress SEO data.
