@robertiii – Do you by chance have the Clef plugin enabled? There is a known issue with that one causing this issue in several plugins not just Popup Maker.

@robertiii – Can you fully use the editor? Add triggers and cookies etc? I would try to check your php error logs for any signs of issues. May be a theme issue, but most likely solvable.
