Click-able category

I have website http://www.aawsat.com

It is a newspaper site.

How can i make the the categories displayed click-able, on the home page.

Kindly click the link here, to have a better idea what i’m trying to achieve.

The Theme does not have this functionality to it, so where can i go and modify it.

Any Help in regards to this would be great.
