Clearing Lockout History

Hi,

I’m having some problems with Lockouts of paying users of one of my sites, mainly because they enter their name or email address wrongly during the login process! The login widget has a remember me check box but they won’t use it or they’ve used it when they’ve used the wrong login details.

Is there a way of clearing individual records in the Invalid Login Attempts log? So a paying member can gain access again but leave unknown IPs as banned.

I’m using the free version of Ithemes and have version 4.4.20
