Clear just one file via API?

Hello. Enjoying this plugin. Thanks for all the hard work.

I see that there’s an API function for clearing the entire cache which is great. But is there a API call to force Zen Cache to clear the cache for just one page?

And if not, would calling something like wp_update_post on a particular page ID force Zen Cache to clear the cache for that file?
