clear chat history

    Hi, i want to have a new chatbox everytime user enter the website or refresh the page (instead of keeping the old history).

    Hence, i remove the id. However, after removing, the welcome text n etc cant be customised already.

    Is there any way i can have both? remain the id and clear the chat history everytime user refresh or re-enter the site

    Hi @w3nta1,

    Please use the new chatbot (via the Chabots tab). You are using the Legacy Chatbot?

    There is no option to “not remember” but if you use the shortcode, you can add the local_memory attribute and set it to false.

    Thanks for the reply. Yes, i’m using the new chatbot.
    I’ve tried adding the above code
    [mwai_chatbot_v2 id=”default” local_memory=”false”]
    but the history still remain there after refresh the page.
    Any idea @_@
