Cleantalk stopped working

Cleantalk on our website disconnected from our key so I had to connect it again. After I connected again cleantalk is causing forbidden errors on the website and now there is a visual anti spam firewall check on every users load up on the site. There wasnt the visual anti spam before and the forms all worked correctly. Now its a mess, I’ve had to turn off the firewall and stop it working for contact forms. I’ve tried all of your standard responses on the forums like turning off the cookies or all the other options. ( I have tried everything available on forums before contacting) I’m using elementor and recently updated that, maybe theres an issue there.
