As documented here 18 months ago, CleanTalk causes Mautic forms (mine are embedded with short codes) to fail. Please make CT compatible, otherwise I’ll have to stop using it (currently migrating one site’s WordPress forms to Mautic, for which I need Anti-Spam checking).

Specifically I am using Mautic 3.3.3 self hosted, so yes.

Thanks! Behaviour to watch for: post requests are made twice for the forms, and the form submit button text changes to “undefined” (on Chrome), with Mautic SDK errors logged in the browser console.

We have no opportunity to install the Mautic environment to test the plugin with Mautic embed forms.

The best way to debug the issue is to inspect the integration on your side.

Please, contact us via https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open to provide us with access to the website admin panel. FTP credentials are also required.
