Clean Talk blocking my booking app

    I am using a booking system by the name Latepoint which somehow is blocked by Cleantalk. Whenever I try to make a booking I get a red square stating “undefined” and the booking process is halted. If I deactivate Cleantalk the system works as it should. Access to the booking system is not only on this webpage but on many more through the use of shortcodes, pointing to specific services. I must for now turn off Cleantalk until I know how to handle this blockage. Please urgently assist.

    Hello @tordan.

    Please update the plugin to the current version. This guide will help you: https://cleantalk.org/help/update-wordpress.

    After that, please do the following:

    WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings → set the “Set cookies” option to “Store data in the website database (alternative mechanism)” → Save Changes.
    Then clear all cache on your website.
