We’ve been using Basepress Premium for about 5 years to supplement our primary documentation with a knowledgebase that’s integrated with our SupportCandy helpdesk. I have nothing but good to say about Basepress. It’s well designed, both from the end user’s and content provider’s perspective, has all the functionality we need, is reliable, and was updated within days in the rare case of a security vulnerability being discovered. 5-stars!
