Ok, so I have tried SEVERAL times to deactivate, delete and then reinstall and activate this plugin in order to start all over. It simply will not let me do it. Everything remains the same, and I did a complete overhaul of my website so now everything is all messed up. How can this be fixed?

    Hi @disgruntledtrader

The plugin retains settings incase you are only deactivating temporarily, how annoying would it be if you disabled the plugin to test something, then re-activated it and everything had been deleted?

The only way to completely remove it, would be to manually delete the tables in the database. If you go to Membership > Options > Advanced > Verify Membership Tables you will see a list of all the tables, you can then drop them using phpMyAdmin and it will be completely uninstalled ready for a fresh install.

    Hey there.

We haven’t heard from you in awhile, so I just wanted to check in to make sure all was good.

This thread was marked resolved, but please, if you still need help then just respond and open it back up. We can then take it from there. 🙂

Hope you have a fantastic day!
