Classic Editor

To further clarify, I cannot add a menu item as specified in the document below (see Menu Setting):

Here is my website, I imported the demo and tried to add a custom menu item called ‘Test’:

When you click on test there is no scrolling like with the other menu items.

What exactly about the menu link would you like me to check? This is the link I’ve added for the menu item:

The menu link is valid, but I cannot add a section id as specified in this document without the classic editor, unless I’m missing something:

I’m assuming this is what enables the parallax effect. Perhaps you could enlighten me on how to add a menu that scrolls like the demo.
