Class on submit not applying

I’m trying to apply classes to my Submit buttons in Contact Form 7, but they don’t seem to be taking. Here’s a screenshot of what’s in my form:

The classes btn and btn-primary are not being applied to the Submit. Does anyone know what might be going on here? I successfully applied styles to the text inputs but not the buttons.
