I have checked by installing the plugin but I am unable to replicate the issue. All the payment methods appear when the Billink plugin is installed.
So, could you please share the steps to replicate the issue so that it would be easy for us to check further?

The steps are quite clear Download both ‘Bilink’ and ‘Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts for WooCommerce’.
After completing this single step you will see that Bilink flashes and shows itself for a second but quickly after it dissapears.
I have made an account on the wordpress domain. Could you tell me where i can put the account details so that you can see for youself?
