Hi, we use izettle for attending shows 4 or 5 times a year and would of ideally been able to feed these completed orders into woocommerce which powers our site.

I have a couple of queries around the functionality:

    1. Can you confirm whether this plugin will feed completed orders into woocommerce e.g. paid and goods taken at show so just needs to show as complete not processable?

    2. Will it work two ways for any order updates e.g. if a refund needs to be actioned.

    3. Would we be able to place an order via the izettle app, take the payment but pass on into woo to despatch to the customer rather than completed?

    4. Are we also able to cherry pick which products are synced to izettle as we only take a small range to the shows.

    5. Will we be able to selectively pass a stock quantity or does it take the full amount as shown in Woocommerce?

    thanks

    BAM

    Hi,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin!

    1. Yes, you can configure the plugin to create orders in WooCommerce. When a purchase is done, the order is created, goods taken (on products that where created by the plugin, products created in iZettle will still create an order but not change any stock-values), finally the order is set to paid with a special payment (izettle_cash, izettle_card and so on).

2.Currently the plugin is working for standard payments including line item discounts and overall discounts. Refunds will be there within a week or so.

3.Currently no. If you see a need for this functionality it can be implemented quite easy. The issue that needs to be resolved is how to tell the plugin that this order should be placed in dispatch rather than completed. Since iZettle has limited custom field functionality, my initial thinking would be to create a product called “Manual dispatch” or something, if that order is included in the purchase, manual handling will be there. Im open for other ideas on the flow.

    4. On each product there is a checkbox called “exclude from iZettle”. Customers so far wanted to exclude rather than selecting what products that should be included. If you have a need for the reverse it is a quite easy task to have an overall configuration reversing the functionality of the checkbox to “include in iZettle”.

5.The plugin currently sends the full amount but if you see a need for sending only a part of the stock value to iZettle it can also relatively easy be done.

Please send me an email at tobbe@bjorntech.se if you still are interested, you have some great ideas of improvement that will make the plugin even better.

    /tobbe
