City Setting Does Not Work Reliably

    When setting up the Weather Atlas Widget, I set the City to Cozumel, Mexico, shortcode [shortcode-weather-atlas city_selector=2372139]. On my computer, it always comes up as Cozumel. However, on an iPad and iPhone, one page comes up as Cozumel, and the others are New York. When I try to change the city to Cozumel, I choose it on the dropdown, but it stays as New York. Can you please advise?

    Hello,

    sorry for not answering immediately.

    1. Please check your code.
    Selector for Country: Mexico, City: Cozumel is 1463131.
    [shortcode-weather-atlas city_selector=1463131]

    And for Country: New York, USA, City: New York is 2372139.
    [shortcode-weather-atlas city_selector=2372139]

    2. If the code is OK, check the caching of your site (turn it off while testing) and clear cache of the browsers before testing.
