It is apparently a problem with the upgrade to WordPress 4.3. The Navigation menu in the Customizer has been replaced with a Menu menu and there is no longer a way to set the colors of the breadcrumbs, unless it has been moved to another location. Any idea where it went?

Its compatible issue of the theme with WordPress 4.3. It takes few more days to update the theme, we will fix it in next update version. Till then, you can used custom css for fix the issue.

You can change the color of menu by adding custom css in your stylesheet.
Note: Use custom css plugin or child theme stylesheet to write the custom css.
