Circle Icon Circle More URL

I have difficulties putting a link to a circle icon. I tried http://www.hamburgrelocation.de as well as http://www.hamburgrelocation.de, but neither would work. The icon just does not become clickable. I put “More” into the field “More” but no effect neither. If you would let me know how I would create the link? Thank you!

My second question would be if I can also put page jumps instead of linking to another page. I would like to jump down on the same page.

I have read http://www.wendycholbi.com/anchor-links-jump-links/ so I put #name into the field “more URL”. I tried with and without text in field “more” but neither works.

Any tips?
