    My website sends data to another site, but the media files are not going through. Apparently I would need SHA 128 ciphers but instead I have SHA 256 and SHA 384. Can anyone help?

    Hi @amairunesu,

    the cipher suite is configured on the server level. If you wish to disable SHA 256 and SHA 384 ciphers you can do so in the server configuration. If you don’t have access to your server configuration your hosting provider can do this for you. Generally speaking we recommend against this as your file transfer method should also support SHA256/384 ciphers.
