[Resolved] CIM not working

  • I have an authorize.net account with CIM, and am using the Authorize.net CIM payment gateway. When my customers try to use their saved credit cards, it does not work. I can see that their authorize.net CIM profiles have cards saved for them, but when they try to pay with them, it never works. We get no error message from your plugin, it just reloads the same page.

    My java console shows no errors during the process.

    Can you help?

    This is currently being looked into. It appears something may have changed with CIM

    At this time there is no further info and no estimate when this may be resolved.

    I suggest keeping an eye on the getshopped blog page since that is where it will be announced when it’s fixed.
