• Hello,

For the past two days I’ve been troubleshooting a Chrome ver. 38 insecure content error, trying to overcome the big red X over HTTPS. The error does not occur in Firefox, I.E., Safari or Opera, just Chrome.

Just this morning I found that your plugin is causing this problem because of some font files being called from:
    assets.swarmcdn.com/video-js.css.

    The files are:
    http://vjs.zencdn.net/f/2/vjs.woff
    http://vjs.zencdn.net/f/2/vjs.ttf

We must have the ability to call these files HTTPS, or our only other option is to uninstall your plugin which is not preferred, because we like the performance boost we’ve seen using Swarmify.

This is a HIGH PRIORITY problem for our website and needs to be corrected quickly. Please advise a workaround as soon as possible.

    Thanks, awaiting your reply,

    Barry

Swarmify follow up – I must say that I’m impressed with the Swarmify support team and have to give them props.

Within just a few minutes after contacting them via their website, I had a response. And within 30 minutes, one of their lead developers had corrected the problem.

That’s GREAT support, especially for a Saturday! I’d (highly) recommend Swarmify and their support team to anyone! This is BTW an unsolicited testimonial.

    Barry
