    Nevermind… solved it. There was a conflict with the Autoptimize plugin. De-selecting the “Optimize JavaScript Code?” in Autoptimize resolved the issue.

    you can probably keep “optimize JS” on by excluding print-o-matic’s JS from optimization. there’s more info on troubleshooting tips and on how to exclude in the AO FAQ.
