Chrome autocomplete form problem

    I have this form in my web:

    But I cant fill the field with the chrome autocomplete. I have no explanation for that, I have reseted the plugins, change the theme, copy de form, etc.

    I have other blogs with worpdress and the autocomplete works fine, without problems.

    Any solution? Thank you very much
