Choose Page Like Categories

Under post type, I see there is Page. That’s great because I’m creating a couple pages that I want to lead to other specific pages. However, when I select it, there are no taxonomy to choose from. It kinda makes sense because there isn’t a pages section–only categories. So, when I do this, it shows every page I have. Are there any plans to be able to choose pages just like I can choose categories? I even tried the nav_menu_item thinking it would show the child pages, but it didn’t. I’m I thinking about these options wrong?
