Choose items that I need import

Hi,

I going to migrate the complete website to a working progress server and work on it some time.

When we finished to create the new website in the working progress server we need migrate only the new clients and order before we replece the old prestashop website to the new woocommerce website.

How we can choose the items that we need import (orders and clients)? Its possible choose dates?
