Choice for Shipping Options is Missing

    It seems like the choices for shipping options are missing. For example there are multiple shipping choices like free shipping, first class shipping $10 and priority shipping $20. These choices are available by default and is located just before the payment selection. It’s missing in your multi-step checkout.

    I found it. It seems like there is an issue when the Shipping details are blank. Because by Woocommerce default, the shipping options are optional and always blanked and the system should default the address to the billing instead. I tried disabling the shipping option in the setting and it worked.
