change the content from posts

    hi..
    i want to change my wordpress theme and all my posts have the contend in a custom value
    so the custom value is ‘dp video code’ to update to go in “post_content” is possible??

    (my theme now is for videos and all embed code is in wp_postmeta => meta_key = ‘dp_video_code’ => meta_value = embed code..)

    (is 2300 post)
