Chinese Page Slugs?

    I need to create some page slugs that will cause the URL to be in Chinese, however when I do that, the pages do not redirect to the correct page (it goes to some category page).

    Has anyone encountered this and was there a solution figured out?

    The permalinks are currently being set to /%category%/%postname%/
