Child Theme Disables Slider Settings Option

    Hello!
    I have ShopBiz Lite 1.6 installed on WordPress 5.1.1 w/PHP 7.2.11. Using this theme, everything is fine, but after creating a child theme with this plugin for the purpose of adding a menu to the top right section, I have a problem with the features controlled by the Icyclub plugin no longer working. Switching to the parent theme solves the issue.

    When using the Child Theme, when I go to the Homepage Section Settings in Customizer, the Slider, Service, Callout, Project/Portfolio, and Testimonial Settings sections are missing. The only item that remains available is the News & Events Settings.

    I tried deactivating and reactivating the Icyclub plugin with no success. I understand if this is not supported, but if there is a simple thing I could check, or if purchasing the ShopBiz Pro theme would make a difference support-wise, I am open to it.
    I can provide a link to the exported child theme I generated with the plugin if that would help.

    then find icyclub.php file in icyclub plugin, Now replace the code of icyclub.php file with the code given in this link: https://pastebin.com/pyL8QnS4

    I downloaded the child theme from the link above, uploaded it, and activated it. I then used the Plugin Editor that comes with WordPress to replace all of the code in the Ictclub.php file and save the changes per your instructions above.

    The Slider, Service, Callout, Project/Portfolio, and Testimonial Settings sections are now ENABLED, but the customizations didn’t copy over, so I am re-entering those.

    One other problem remains, however – one that was present with the parent theme.
    The 2nd slider image, while customizable, doesn’t appear…I get the stock image instead. The customized text doesn’t show up, but the default text does. The 3rd custom image shows up as the 2nd image, and the stock photo shows up as the 3rd one – even though it appears correctly in the Customizer.

    Your instructions were spot on! At first, I tried updating the Icyclub plugin from the Updates section in WordPress, but the Slider options in Customizer went away (since I didn’t follow your directions).

    However, when I did the copy and paste per your directions, everything worked like a charm! Great job, and thanks for the quick fixes!
