Child theme changes parent CSS

    I am running a child theme from canvas by woothemes. This is the website: Back Doctor
    When I disable the child theme and enable the original parent theme the screen is filled with confused information that is clearly related to the child theme. I thought I would get an unformatted theme when I did this.
    I have emptied all caches so there should be no child theme information left. Is there something I am not getting here? Can anyone help?
