Child theme apparently not working

    I installed/activated the Mobile Detector, but I do not think it is working.

    I created a child theme for the Twenty Twelve theme, and the existing CSS is being shown on mobile devices. BUT, any new CSS rules I write inside the child theme’s style.css file are not showing up on mobile devices.

    So, I suspect that maybe the Mobile Detector isn’t working. I have selected the Twenty Twelve Child theme as the mobile theme in the Mobile Detector settings.

    Ideas on how to go about troubleshooting?
