When I change my Instagram shop to checkout with Instagram, all items are in stock but qty to sell is zero. When I switch to checkout on another site, everything syncs fine. I’ve contacted Facebook and they said it’s a woocommerce issue.

As per the documentation, the plugin doesn’t offer to check out with Facebook and/or Instagram: https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/#facebook-checkout

Also, the plugin isn’t designed to connect to Instagram natively. If you’re looking for an option with more options on Instagram, you can check this plugin: https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-instagram/
