Checkout translated not function & Minicart also

I hope to find a solution to this issue.

Unfortunately, the translated checkout page is out of service. The wheel keeps spinning without stopping. I tried again and again to fix it.

Also, the side shopping cart in the translated version of the site does not work, unlike in the default version, all the products that have been added to the cart appear.

The problem is very tiring, and I need your strong support.
