• I have just changed to the Kadence block for checkout as the ‘classic’ block was giving problems, and now the Kadence block is simply not working – just a spinner. I need help as customers are complaining and of course – running away!

    I just want to note the the Checkout blocks (Classic and the newer one) is not from Kadence, it is included in the WooCommerce plugin.

    While this issue is most likely not coming from us, I checked your website and the checkout page. You mentioned that the checkout page is just spinning. However, I can see the correct details right now – https://share.zight.com/YEub7NQn

    I recommend asking your hosting provider for help with creating a website backup first before updating your plugins or themes. This should give you something to revert to.
