    We are using PayPal hosted for both PayPal & credit/debit card payments on our website http://www.lovemygifts.co.uk

    We are noticing a number of problems reported by our customers & our own testing is showing the following issues.

    • When checking out via card there is no screen to show payment processing after hitting the orange Pay Now button. You hit the button & the screen is just static.
    • This has meant customers are hitting the button more than once resulting in double payments
    • Customers are not receiving payment confirmation emails in inbox or spam (tests in house are showing the same problem with no emails being received)

    Should there be a payment processing screen as standard. Or can we create one?
