checkout not working

    I hope someone can help as I am at the end of my tether with this 🙁

    My checkout page is not allowing customers to place orders as it won’t go past the “order info” section and just spins & spins. Frustratingly it doesnt do this to everyone and appears intermitant. It will work for me sometimes & not others and we cant pin down the problem.

    Everything is up to date and we (my developer & I) have checked all plugins for conflicts but nothing seems to help. We have discovered an error which is stated below but we just cant figure out the problem:-

    TypeError: r is undefined plugins.js:57:558

    I really hope someone can help us with this. I am losing a lot of orders and am quite desperate to get it resolved.

    So I can’t see what shopping solution/plugin you’re using…but whichever it is, your best bet is to check the shopping plugin’s support page.
