Could you advise what is triggering this error please.

the issue is being caused by situations that don’t let our JavaScript run as it is intended. The biggest cause was the SiteGround Optimizer plugin, but we resolved this conflict in the 1.9.3 release. Currently, we see older browsers to be the biggest cause of this issue. The older browsers are showing the standard WooCommerce “Place Order” button instead of the PayPal Smart Button and this causes the same issue.
It could be that other optimizer plugins are causing a similar issue, but we don’t have the full list of these plugins. You might want to test this assumption on a staging site and see if you can reproduce this issue (in order to do conflict testing and find out what is causing it in your case).
Our next release should contain some improvements for the web browser compatibility issues.

Hello all
The browser endpoint issue should be resolved with our next release 1.9.4. There is currently a beta version of this available here in case you want to test this or you can wait for the official/tested release that should become available within 2 weeks.
I will mark this thread as resolved, but don’t hesitate to open a new thread if you keep on seeing this error.
