    Hi @sinan1,

It seems that the site requires one to be logged in to view/add items to the cart. Thus, we’re unable to troubleshoot further. Is it possible to remove these restrictions for a while?

In the meantime, you could check if it is one of the tools that you’re using that’s causing the issue. I’d recommend performing a conflict test as explained further in this guide: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Let us know how it goes.
    Thanks.

    Thanks for getting back @sinan1.

Note that these forums are public, therefore, do not share login credentials of any kind. Moderators here will be able to remove the shared details but I’d recommend changing the credentials the soonest you can.

To troubleshoot the issue further, were you able to do a conflict test to see whether it persists when you switch to a default WP theme and deactivate all plugins apart from WooCommerce?

    Thanks.

I did a conflict test by deactivating all and just activating woocommerce still no differences were shown.
    what shall I do?

Hi, sinan1, I’m another WooCommerce user, this could also be possibly related to your webhosting service or htaccess file.

Your .htaccess file may need to be regenerated, which you can do by just saving the permalink settings again keeping all the current settings intact and not changing any settings: https://wordpress.org/support/article/settings-permalinks-screen/

Although this is an old Github topic, this page may give you more information about a similar issue:
    https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/14149

In the worst case, you could always contact your hosting company to see if something is restricting access as 403 indicates access is forbidden to that resource.

    Hi @sinan1 👋

Have you also changed your theme to the Storefront theme to see if the issue persists?

Additionally, please feel free to follow the recommendations from @plantprogrammer to see if that works for you.

    Cheers 🙂

If you get the chance, you could share here how you eventually solved the issue in this particular case.

    Many thanks.
