Checklist for visitors

Hi, so I’m trying to help a friend out who has an expedition coming up. He needs a page that each person on the expedition can access and there will be a checklist of gear and stuff they need to do before leaving that they can check off as they do it.
He needs to be able to see each persons individual checklist so that he can keep track of their progress.

Does any plugin exist that would help achieve this?
