    Hello

I have an affiliate who is currently using a unique coupon code posted on her Facebook and Instagram posts to promote my product. Unfortunately, this coupon has been abused by external website showing this coupon. This was fixed last month when I implemented a tracking code to allow the coupon only when coming from these posts.

In order to settle the commission amount, is there a way to track which WooCommerce orders where indeed coming from her posts and which coming from sources outside?

    Thank you

    Simon

    Hi,

If you go to the “Coupon Affiliates > Referral URL Visits” page, then filter “Converted” to “Yes”, you can then see referral link clicks/visit that converted which also displays the referring source domain/URL that they came from.

Thanks I checked the report for this specific coupon and I only see usage from 2024. I know for sure this coupon was used recently. What could be wrong? As a workaround, I exported all orders with this coupon using the export plugin and added attributions info to the report to see the referrer URLs, I hope this is the right way.

If the coupon was used recently, it should show on the affiliate dashboard, as long as the order status is set to one that is set to show in the settings: https://couponaffiliates.com/docs/select-which-order-statuses-to-show-on-the-affiliate-dashboard/
